4. Enquiry Form and Google Sheets
Information submitted through our website enquiry form may be processed through Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet accessible to authorised institute personnel for enquiry management and follow-up.
5. Email and WhatsApp Communication
When you submit an enquiry, relevant details may be sent by email to the institute. You may also choose to open WhatsApp and send a pre-filled message. Opening WhatsApp does not automatically send a message; you control whether to send it.
6. Payments
If you choose to pay for a course using a displayed UPI QR code or another payment method, the transaction is processed by your chosen payment service. Please verify the payment recipient before making any payment. We do not ask you to enter your UPI PIN on our website.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers used for communication, website operation, or enquiry management, and where disclosure is required by applicable law.
